Rejuvenation Diet


Here is the recommended diet plan.

Proteins: You need to have 4 servings daily

A Serving Includes one of the following:

Beef 3 oz cooked
Chicken 3 oz cooked
Cottage cheese 2/3 cup
Duck 3 oz cooked
Eggs - 2 (one serving allowed per day)
Feta cheese 4 oz
Goat cheese 3 oz
Lamb 3 oz
Mozzarella cheese 3 oz
Muenster cheese 3 oz
Peanut butter 2 tbs. (one serving allowed per day)
Ricotta cheese 4 oz
Salmon 3 oz
Seeds and nuts, roasted 3 oz (one serving allowed per day)
Tempe 2/3 cup
Tofu 1 cup
Tuna 3 oz
Turkey 3 oz

Fats: You need to include 3 tbs. Daily.

The selection of fats includes:

Almond Oil
Avocado oil
Borage oil
Butter - 1 tbs. daily limit
Canola oil
Flax-seed oil
Grape seed oil
Hazelnut oil
Mayonnaise
Mustard oil
Olive oil
Peanut oil
Primrose oil
Sesame-seed oil
Sour cream

Veggies: UNLIMITED SERVINGS! Take at least one serving per meal.

Includes:
Arugula and other lettuces
Asparagus
Broccoli
Brussel sprouts
Cauliflower
Celery
Chives and other herbs
Cucumber
Eggplant
Garlic
Green beans
Leafy greens
Mushrooms
Onions
Peppers
Pumpkin
Radish
Snow peas
Sprouts
Tomatoes
Zucchini

Carbohydrates: ONLY ONE SERVING PER MEAL (breakfast, lunch, dinner,)

Acorn squash - 1/2 cup cooked
Avocado- 1/2
Beets  1/2 cup cooked
Carrots 1 cup cooked
Corn 1/2 cup cooked
Fruit 1 cup or 1 small
Grains 1/2 cup cooked
Lentils and other legumes 1/2 cup cooked
Lima beans 1/2 cup cooked
Low-fat yogurt 1 cup
Okra 1 cup cooked
Peas 1/2 cup cooked
Potato 1/2 medium
Rice 1/2 cup cooked
Sweet potato 1/2 medium
Turnip 1/2 cup cooked
Whole-grain bread or pita 1 slice
Whole-milk yogurt 1 cup

A sample menu would include:

Breakfast: a two egg omelet filled with spinach and feta cheese, served
with honey dew melon

Lunch: Tuna salad over mixed greens topped with 1/2 avocado, sliced and
sliced tomatoes

Dinner: Broiled chicken breast, green beans, 1 steamed potato, salad.

Snack: Cottage cheese, celery sticks with peanut butter

You will notice that there are no white flour products or sweetened
items.  No honey, maple syrup, corn syrup, etc. etc.  Just plenty of
protein and vegetables.

Use herbs, garlic, and onions to make your food tasty.

If you can stick to the restrictions in this diet you will get fast results.
